AAAAAAAAAAACK! Two weeks from today I will have completed part I (of IV) of the CPA exam... It's a scary thought, and scarier still is that my motivation for studying is at an all-time low. I thought by now my pre-test anxiety would kick in and I couldn't get enough studying, but it has not. Instead, my pre-test apathy has kicked in and I keep thinking that any further studying will not make me learn any more and my brain cannot possibly fit any more information. I am still forcing myself to sit for at least 2-3 hours and at least answer some of the bajillions of multiple choice questions I have to work (in hard-copy format and online).
The real fun is that after this exam is over I will be working full-time and studying for part II, probably BEC since it is the shortest! (BEC = Business Environment Concepts for those who don't know and wonder what the abbreviation means) We have someone that is going on FMLA after Thanksgiving and won't be returning until after the first of the year. So, I was asked to work full-time during that time. I'm fine with it 1) I could use the extra $$ during Christmas, 2) it won't kill me to be a "team player" and 3) it feels nice to be needed sometimes. :)
I guess I should get back to studying... YIPPEE!

If you read this before you go in to take the test this morning... GOOD LUCK! I'm pretty sure you'll ace it on your own, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you just in case.
