Here's the loot I sent to my swap person Amy... Complete with Texas shaped cookie cutter! I also included a Longhorns pez dispenser (purchased before the whining started about the BCS rankings) and a Texas postcard. The items included that actually relate to the swap are cookie mixes, white icing, Christmas sprinkles and a gingerbread man cookie cutter and two cookie recipes - sugar and chocolate chip. Boring, but a couple faves... Hope you enjoy everything! :)Here's the loot I received from Jenny! She made me a really cute reversible apron in the cutest fabric! Also, she sent me pink sugar sprinkles, multi-color ball sprinkles, three recipes (Key Lime Bars, Chewy Brownie Cookies and Soft Sugar Cookies), and four cookie cutters. I can't wait to try the Key Lime Bars...since I love me some Key Lime pie! They sound delish... Thanks so much for the awesome package Jenny! :)

AWWWW - I am totally jealous about the TX cookie cutter - how cool! (one of my fave songs is Lyle Lovett's "Your not from TX")
Anyhow, I hope you like the apron - I really couldn't figure out what to do - this is what happened. But I have enough left over to make me one, and I just might do it!
Merry Christmas - thanks for the shout out!
Just checking in-- I rec'd my apron late last week, but I've been dealing with finals and just now remembered that I needed to stop by your blog and offer up a ginormous THANK YOU!
Obviously since we're both dealing with Big 12 schools (OMG how exciting was the Longhorns vs Red Raiders game?), I totally got a kick out of the Texas shaped cookie cutter and the Pez dispenser. I now have to go to the local Big Red shop and find me some Nebraska cookie and candy swag. LOL
The apron is just too cute-- and it so doesn't look like it's the first one you've ever made from a pattern.
I could gush some more, but it's your blog-- not mine. Pictures going up on my blog soon. I love it all!!! Thanks again!
